I found the staff very helpful. They assisted me when my airline misplaced my luggage. the reception staff contacted the airport for me. i appreciated their assistance in keeping me updated on the luggage situation.

after showering, the whole bathroom floor got wet because of how the bathtub is designed to drain. this was a little inconvenient.

The hotel provides a currency exchange machine. This was useful. i also noted water and ice dispensers on each floor. They seemed well maintained and convenient.

The room was a good size for one person. It had space for luggage. i liked that i could open the window for fresh air. the washrooms have tinted glass doors which i found unexpected.

The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I found it satisfying. the dining area was clean and well organized, though the entrance was slightly messy! the cook made sure i enjoyed my meals.

The location is near the chungmuro train station. This made getting around easy. it is close to major shopping areas but not directly in them. the hotel area felt quieter at night, which i appreciated.

The staff were friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions. one front desk staff helped us move our luggage to our vehicle. the staff helped us each day with subway directions
